Teleworking is when people use computer technology which allows them the freedom to work any time from any location.

It is important to remember that working from home is a work arrangement, not a benefit. Also, it’s not for everyone. People who telework must be self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently. Check with your employer to see if they have a teleworking/telecommuting policy.
